Gnarly weekend in a lot of ways. The week ahead should be plain sailing by comparison. Back to coding tomorrow night I hope.
Now have Zimbra running on a VM at home as the production MX for three domains. Hope my ADSL doesn't die.
Spent the weekend wrestling with Zimbra and various flavours of DNS. Now all tamed and running smoothly. I am the master of my domains.

Small world #2. I met @felixsalmon through @clarebrew, a friend whom my wife met in the art world. Clare's uncle was a partner at the bank where JP & I worked.
Small world department. @felixsalmon and @jobsworth are in Davos at the same conference. I met Felix when JP sent me to New York. There's more....

I think Network Solutions have turned off short_open_tag without warning. Bunch of tits.
Is it my imagine, or is Firefox 3.6 a little less glacial to load?
Followed, thanks to the magic of shuffle, by Bad Manners doing the Can Can. From the ridiculous to the ridiculouser.
Listening to it again, making a tTotal of 5:36 of sheer perfection.
Listening to Ace of Spades. 2:48 of sheer perfection. One of the mandatory full volume songs - good job the house is empty.
Tweetdeck 0.32.6 isn't remembering my accounts. Groundhog Day every time I open it. Seesmic Desktop here I come.

How do I get a table of integers from a MySQL query to a web page and format them as currency? Nested loops? Really?
is writing nested loops. In 2010. For some reason.
My rule-of-thumb: if I'm writing nested loops I'm doing something wrong. There's got to be a better way.

Can't get out of the habit of typing search terms into the address bar. At work so no Chrome.
Google Latitude seems to think I spend my days in the Thames, just upstream from Westminster Bridge

How can I get some work at a French bank?
I'm working at a Scottish bank. There are 3 different types of porridge in the canteen.

It's Cardiff all over again. Where's Monty?
Graeme Smith kneed in the head. At last.
The short stature, the guileless face, the air of not being comfortable at the highest level: Ian Bell is the Sammy Lee of cricket
Current run rate 1.98. Required rate 5.5. Colly & Belly FTD!
Hostile spell from Steyn & Morkel. Time to man up.
Harris getting turn *and* bounce. Not a good sign (unless you're bokke)
Today we find out if Ian Bell is man or boy.
